If a user reports that they cannot see a task code to charge time ask them to:

  1. On the enter time page, click on "Task" to refresh their task codes (some users do not realize "Task" is a hyperlink)

If the task codes are still missing:

  1. Go to crewconnectutility.mckenneys.com --> Task Code Management tab
  2. Select the project:
    The results show if the visible task codes available in CrewConnect

    In addition, the checkmark indicates visibility in the Task Code dropdown:
  3. Select the desired task code and click "Add Task Code"



Third Solution: Re-add the project with the corresponding craft.

  1.  In the user's CrewConnect, click on Setup, then Projects.
  2. Type in the project name, then click on the craft that corresponds with the missing task code. For example, if the task code is 910050, the associated craft is 9. If the task code is 200500, the associated craft is 2.
  3. Press Add.
